Contract ballots will arrive in the mail this week for us to ratify the Tentative Agreement for Bargaining Units 601-602. Make no mistake, this is the contract we have earned many times over during the last three years of service. Your Union fought hard to ensure that the sacrifices you and your families made during COVID and continue to make each day are not forgotten and are valued as they should be valued.
We left no money on the table. Your Executive Board unanimously recommends the membership support and “YES” vote to ratify this Tentative Agreement. Thank you for your support.

Your Local 1014 Executive Board and Bargaining Team worked tirelessly to get all monies from the table into our pockets. This is in addition to the rich Fringe Benefits Contract we also secured this year and numerous improvements and increases to benefits like Comp Time, Fit For Life, and V Days.

Compensatory Time Off – Increased ability to bank time for overtime hours worked to a maximum of 270 hours of 10 days with the ability to earn in hourly increments.
Annual Seniority Vacation Day Bank- No more use or lose. Earn vacation time in excess of 720 hours.
Signing Bonus + $1,375
