On Sept 14 the LA County Board of Supervisors debated a proposal to reduce the "special tax" by over 3 million dollars.  Local 1014 opposed this decrease and supported adding resources to reinforce staffing in special tax areas.  Local 1014 would like to thank the many members who showed their support for their Union by attending this important meeting.
