19 Firefighters lose their lives at the Yarnell Hill Fire

Sunday June 30th our firefighting profession had a tragic loss at the Yarnell Hill Fire in Prescott Arizona.

19 firefighters from the Granite Mountain Hotshots lost their lives tragically. It is being reported that 22 other firefighters were injured at the fire. While details continue to come in we ask that all firefighters remain aware of their surroundings, review fire orders and be careful during this fire season that is predicted to be one of the worst ever.
