Corporate Power Grab Initiative - General Membership Meeting May 8th Be There!
Posted On: May 03, 2012

Get informed and get involved!  Please make time to attend our Union Meeting on Tuesday May 8th. Your Executive Board will be hosting another General Membership Meeting on the regular second Tuesday of every month. We are playing a packed house in Calabasas as this is being written and I wanted to take time to inform you of the next General Membership Meeting and ask that even more members come out on the 8th and at each of our next successive Union Meetings for the rest of this year.  It is a year where we need involvement beyond the normal cast of characters and helpers.  We need everyone to keep our voice, protect our pensions and healthcare and our right to bargain.  All of this is in question this November at the ballot box when voters will decide our fate.  Please make time to come out and get informed and educated and sign up to help.  We will be hosting Regional Meetings with the next stop in Pomona end of May, and also we will be out in the stations as well as in your mailbox and social medial.  Your future is at risk, and all future Local 1014 members future is certainly at risk, so come see what you can do to protect it.
