Those members who early this year were denied cash-in of excess Holiday and Vacation time were restored their days due to 1014's settled contract negotiations.  LACERA has been working with the Auditor-Controllers office to adjust the amount of retirees' allowances to reflect the sell-back of those days.  Retired members affected will automatically have their retirement adjusted as if they had sold back any excess time allowed under our previous agreements and past pratctices.  LACERA has informed Local 1014 that retired personnel will receive notice of thier adjustments on Septtember 16 with full reimbursement and adjusted paychecks coming September 30.  If you believe your adjustment is incorrect, or you have any other issue with the adjustments, please e-mail to willp@local1014.org or call Will Pryor at 310-639-1014.
