For those Health Haz Mat and FSA personnel who are eligible for the additional 5 1/2% step increase, it's not on your paychecks yet because County has to process your accounts individually, and they haven't finished yet. 

   They're trying to get it all done by next Friday, July 8 so that the increase can appear on your mid-month paychecks.  No guarantees, but they say they're on it.  And of course, the raise is effective from April 1.
