State Assemblyman Keith Richman (Republican-Santa Clarita) has proposed ACA 5 in an effort to eliminate defined benefit pension plans in California.  If sucessful his legislation or, eventual ballot initiative would dissolve LACERA.  Please see the "Retirement" section under "Member Resources" to read the full article.
