Our membership has spoken through a motion (Motion No 058-19) to appoint a committee to recommend a potential trial shift schedule change.

The trial schedule change committee has been appointed by President Gillotte. Local 1014 2nd Vice President Dave Morse will chair the committee and Director Jason Green will co-chair, both will be non-voting appointees to the committee.  

The committee will begin work immediately with a 30-day window to report back to President Gillotte and the Executive Board. Following this report, the Executive Board with General Membership notification will put forward ballot language for a vote on a trial shift schedule change. 

We look forward to having a robust debate, discussing our differences, and putting forth a potential trial schedule to a majority vote to determine our next actions. The votes and number of ballots returned will determine our direction.
