If you receive a notice or communication from the Auditor-Controller’s Office (or anyone else for that matter) to submit to an interrogation or interview, either as a subject or witness, CALL THE UNION HALL and DEMAND YOUR RIGHT TO REPRESENTATION.

The Auditor-Controller has been badgering and trying to intimidate members into meeting without representation and at dates and times that our members cannot meet. All members have rights of representation and they are in place to ensure a fair process to interview folks to best ascertain facts and truth and not conduct a witch hunt or fact twisting exercise.

Your FBOR rights apply and don’t be intimidated by the Auditor Controllers Office. Call now to protect your rights. We will also be working with the AOC to ensure all chief officer FBOR rights are protected in this matter that clearly seeks to harm firefighters more than deal with any allegations of improprieties. We will be sending out a comprehensive information piece on all of the details regarding this matter shortly and we are very adverse to the findings and the Fire Chief’s response to the matter.
