   Our 1014 contract implementation committee has been informed by County reps that County has nearly finished processing our signing bonus checks. This money is subject to both tax and Horizons deductions but NOT pension deductions, even though it is pensionable. 

     The checks should be available for delivery to work sites by the middle of next week at the latest, if not sooner.
